The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) is soliciting a Small Purchase contract for fiber Metro Ethernet point-to-point transport services to provide wide area network connectivity between the Department of Human Services in Carbondale and various Illinois Century Network (ICN) Point of Presence (POP) sites.
