Contractor shall provide services at the Virginia Mae Days Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), located at the Veterans Home of California, Yountville (Home), 300 California Drive, Yountville, CA 94599. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, staff, transportation, insurance, bonds, licenses, permits and any other item of expense necessary, unless otherwise stated, to provide privacy window film application & on-call repair services for the windows of the identified building. Services shall be provided at the Home, upon request and in compliance with terms of this Agreement.
