The scope of work includes the removal of all wood walls, attached roof structures, and concrete walls from the top of the slab, while ensuring the footing remains intact. The selected vendor is responsible for all debris cleanup and hauling, with a requirement to return to the site within 48 hours if the cleanup is deemed unsatisfactory. All work must comply with IDOT Standard Specifications for traffic control and various building codes, including the BOCA National Building Code 1999, BOCA Mechanical Code 1996, National Electrical Code 2017 NFPA-70, and the 2018 Illinois State Plumbing Code.
