The City of Raleigh is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase and delivery of three new, unused 25 Ton 3 Axle Equipment Trailers with Lift Axles. The equipment must be no older than 2026 and meet specific minimum requirements, including a 30-foot deck consisting of a 25-foot flat deck and a 5-foot dovetail, LED sealed beam modular lights, and two sliding winches with 4-inch by 30-foot straps. All items must be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the Fleet Management Operations facility in Raleigh, North Carolina, within 90 days after receipt of order. Payment terms are Net 30 days from the receipt of a valid invoice or upon acceptance of goods, whichever is later.
