Solicitation 15B61818Q00000002 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughFederal Acquisition Circular 96. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 311999. The solicitation is 100% set?aside for small business. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 1?500 employees. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote which may be considered. The basis for award will be best value to the Government on a per line item basis. Quotes will be evaluated considering past performance, price, and delivery time. Responsible offerors shall incorporate shipping costs and any other internal processing costs into their bid price. Orders over $3,500 will be awarded on a firm?fixed price purchase order, and orders under $3,500 will be paid using a Government purchase card.
