Solutions-Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for: Environment Climate Change Canada
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSSB who qualify under Tier 1and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following stream(s): Stream 3 Project management Services Stream – 3.1 Project Administrator level 3

The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.
Description of the Requirement: Environment Climate Change Canada’s Procurement and Contracting Operations require 3.1 Project Administrators Level 3 resources, as and when requested, to act as the first point of contact for the general email inbox, to track, response to internal client emails, and to maintain, review and update relevant project information in Environment and Climate Change Contracts portal (ECCCO).
This will ensure a better workflow and reduces unnecessary delays and back-and-forth with internal clients.
The period of any resulting contract will be for a duration of one (1) years starting January 15,2024 to January 14, 2025 inclusive. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
Security: There is a security requierment associated with this RFP.
Set-aside under the Federal Government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB)
This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual.
This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to indigenous peoples or for set-asides for small and minority businesses.
Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
Estimated Level of Effort: The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 3750 hours per year (1875 hour per resource)
