AI Contract Overview
The contractor is required to supply two new, non-refurbished three-phase power supply test systems to the Defense Supply Center Columbus, including an 18kVA system and a 1kVA system, both capable of delivering DC, single-phase, and three-phase power from DC to 5kHz in sinusoidal, square wave, and arbitrary waveforms. Both systems must meet strict performance criteria, including an accuracy of at least 0.15%, harmonic distortion under 0.3% at 50/60Hz and under 1% above, a power factor no lower than 0.98, and a voltage resolution of no less than 0.1V. Each system must come with NIST-traceable and ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificates, detailed operating manuals, all necessary cables and accessories, and be mounted on a wheeled frame designed to fit through standard commercial double doors. The 18kVA system must operate from a single 480V three-phase hard-wired disconnect, while the 1kVA system must plug into a standard 120V single-phase 20A outlet. The contract also mandates the inclusion of GPIB, Ethernet, and USB interfaces, two Windows 11 PCs with all required peripherals, software, and permanent licenses for system control, and eight hours of on-site training and setup. The equipment must be delivered within 30 days of award to the designated lab at Building 11-7 within the DLA Product Test Center in Columbus, Ohio, with all shipping costs covered by the contractor. The contractor must notify the government when the systems are ready for delivery and must offer an optional extended warranty and multi-year service contract. The systems must be fully functional, tested, and documented prior to delivery to ensure seamless integration into the testing environment.
