The purpose of this agreement is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for prepared meals in accordance with the terms in conditions in the attached Performance Work Statement.UPDATE: GOVERNMENT WILL NOT AWARD TO THIRD (3rd) PARTY ENTITIES. No third-party contracts shall be utilized. The government intends to work directly with each BPA holder to ensure timely communication between the vendor and Government.
