This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Government has a requirement for the repair or replacement of the Conveyor/Auger for the firing range at the Combat Arms (CA) compound, Building 2495, on Joint Base Andrews, MD. The system is currently non-operational due to hardened lead particulates and a broken connection between the auger discharge and the conveyor intake.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision to safely remove the hardened hazardous material, remediate the existing spill, repair or replace necessary components to restore full functionality, and successfully complete a one-month (30-day) operational validation test in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
