The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia Site intends to solicit for the procurement of Fourteen (14) Cabinet, Door and Isolation Shock Assembly Units. These Cabinet Units are proprietary to the installation of a specialized shipboard system. This is a sole source action to be awarded without providing for full and open competition. The proposed contract action is a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to be awarded to Electromet Corporation, 879 Commonwealth Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
