Solicitation 36C10D27Q0011 is a total small business set-aside for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, to acquire nine artificially intelligent-based vending machines in support of a Veteran Self-Employment Rehabilitation Plan. The requirement includes a variety of equipment: two compact single-door AI smart coolers, two high-capacity AI smart coolers with freezer capabilities, three premium single-door AI smart coolers, and two large double-door AI smart coolers. All equipment must be compatible with the PCI compliant WeVend PayPro Max application and include the manufacturer's standard warranty. The contract is a firm-fixed-price purchase order with a period of performance of 90 calendar days after receipt of the order. Deliveries are FOB Destination to a single ground-level storage unit in Rapid City, South Dakota. Because no loading dock is available, the contractor must provide a vehicle equipped with a liftgate and provide at least 24 hours' advance notice for delivery. Award will be made using the lowest-price technically acceptable (LPTA) methodology, where technical acceptability is based on meeting the minimum salient characteristics defined in the Statement of Work. Offerors must be registered and verified in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the SBA SBS database to be eligible for award.
