The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Drum Lid Seal Gasket for 24", Qty 400 ea; 2) Large Drum Lid/Cover 32", Qty 250 ea; 3) Drum Ring Clamp for use with 32" cover, Qty 250 ea; 4) Drum Lid Seal Gasket for 32", Qty 250 ea; 5) Indicator, humidity/TypeII per MIL-L-26860 ; Qty 1500 ea, 6) Lid/Cover 32", Qty 550 ea; and 7) Drum Ring Clamp for use with 3" cover, Qty 550 ea. This requirement is sole sourced to Goodwin Robbins Packaging Co., Inc, 761 B Calle Aragon, Laguna Woods, CA 92637, as they are the only provider due to already existing products in use per Military Standards. Any firms believing that they can provide the Goodwin Robbins Packaging materials referenced above, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability without causing programmatic hardship.
