The contractor must supply non-life-rated extrication tools, simunition weapons, scenario logistics, and medical resupplies, while the government provides technical rescue gear. Medical training must include anatomy and physiology instruction using cadavers and AAALAC-compliant live tissue models, supporting advanced trauma care, TCCC, and K-9 medical protocols under the supervision of a licensed ER physician or general surgeon. All instructors must have verified Guardian Angel or Joint Special Operations Command operational experience, with non-GA instructors required to be subject matter experts in Pararescue and updated JSOC CQC tactics. Responses must include a detailed Capability Statement addressing company credentials, facility location and features, AAALAC accreditation status, instructor qualifications, and full logistical capacity to support all operational elements.
