SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD. This Notice is to announce that the Department of Veteran Affairs, Consolidated Mail-Out Phamacy(CMOP) located in Charleston South Carolina(SC), is proposing to negotiate a contract with McKesson to obtain replacement Cannisters/Hoppers that will operate on the current Tablet Capsule Automation(TCA), Replenishment Stations, Offline Hopper Cleaning Stations, and dispensing cells used on RXAS Flexbeds. The Government believes the reason justifying this sole source procurement is that only one responsible source can will satisfy the agency's requirement for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate IAW FAR 6.302-1.- Only one responsible source This is not a request for quotes and any interested party may notify the network contracting office (NCO) 15, via email to contact@example.gov to express their ability to provide these products for future needs.
