Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Hazardous Waste Removal and Disposal Services, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, fees, and documentation for hazardous waste removal and disposal services, as described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work. Services are required for the removal of waste material stored in tanks and 55-gallon drums. Services are also required for wash rack clarifier systems.
