Full Description
The Government intends to award a sole source procurement under RFO 12.102(a) to PTW North America Corporation for a Beamscan Water Phantom and supplementary items to support the Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Dayton, OH.
This contract action is for supplies for which the Government is soliciting only one source under the authority of RFO 12.102(a). Accordingly, the Government will negotiate directly with PTW North America Corporation. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government.
Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government on future procurements. Response to this synopsis is not required.
