Please see 2.01 Sources Sought (Draft) and 1.02c PWS (Draft) for details on this Sources Sought. Instructions on what to submit can be found in the Sources Sought attachment. Details of what service is being procured can be found in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 


**This is not a solicitation announcement. This notice is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.**


This work is to provide properly trained personnel and equipment to move a satellite and telescope from the basement level to the first floor of Halligan Hall of Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), as well as provide any necessary equipment needed to support each lift safely and without damage to equipment. The place of performance is Halligan Hall, Naval Support Activity Monterey, California.


The Government anticipates this effort to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract with an approximately three (3) week period of performance. This is a new requirement.


The Government’s estimated level of effort for this procurement, based upon Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) will be approximately 16 labor hours. Work must be completed within one week or no later than three (3) weeks after contract award.
