Purchase of Air Filters
Solicitation # 6306
The City of Hartford is soliciting responses for the purchase of air filters to supply various public buildings and educational facilities. The selected vendor must maintain a full inventory of the manufacturers' products and provide a lump sum cost based on the Master Filter list 2026, as well as a percentage discount from list pricing for items not included in that list. Deliveries are typically requested as four master orders per fiscal year, which must be dispersed and delivered in full to individual sites. Specific packaging requirements include the use of cardboard frames for certain locations and box-type filters for the Bulkeley HS upper 11-12 site. All materials must be guaranteed for at least 90 days from acceptance, and any latent deficiencies must be remedied at no additional cost to the city. For contracts exceeding 50,000 dollars, a 100 percent performance and payment bond is required within 10 days of the award. Payment is processed within 30 days of receiving an acceptable invoice, which must display the city's order number.
