The purpose of this Request for Proposals(“RFP”) is to secure Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide Prime Consultant services for the City of Nanaimo Loudon Park Improvements Project (the “Project”). Please refer to Section 5.0 for further details of the Project and Scope of Services. The Form of Agreement resulting from this RFP process will be the RAIC Canadian Standard Form of Contract for Architectural Services - Document Six 2022, as amended by the Supplementary Conditions contained in Appendix A (to be issued by Addendum).
