43--REPLACEMENT CENTRAL SECTION SUMP PUMPS

The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking two replacement 16HH single-stage vertical turbine sump pump assemblies for installation at Hoover Dam, with a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 333914 and a size standard of 750 employees. The pumps must meet exacting technical specifications including a 5000 GPM flow rate, 60 ft head, and maximum NPSHr of 18.6 ft, powered by a 2300 V, 3-phase, 150 HP, 1800 RPM motor with Wye-Delta start function on a 447TPA frame. Each assembly requires a 416 stainless steel head shaft, 316 stainless steel impeller and collet, a 630-inch oil-lube/water flush column with a 2.5-inch flush tube, a coated steel motor stand, a 304 stainless steel basket strainer, and all steel components coated to 6–8 mils DFT with Tnemec N140. The pumps must include an external oil lube line, bell suction, 16-inch 150# flat face discharge flange, and an underground discharge configuration. The solicitation is issued as a combined synopsis and solicitation under FAR Part 12 for commercial items, requiring offers to be submitted via Standard Form SF-18, electronically through SAM.gov, or by email to the designated point of contact. The acquisition follows a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) approach, where award will be made to the responsive offeror submitting the lowest firm-fixed price that fully complies with Attachment #1 SOW, including confirmation that the quoted price covers F.O.B. Destination delivery to the Hoover Dam Central Warehouse in Boulder City, Nevada.
