This Sources Sought notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), on behalf of the NSWCPD Division 40. The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of LCC-19 Genset Preservation & Installation Support Services in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work. SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required services (described in the Sources Sought Attachment) to meet Division 40 needs. NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to contact@example.gov by 06:00PM EST, 11 September 2025. Responses shall list "N64498-25-SIMACQ-PD-44-0050" in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted. This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal. This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government. The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. This notice is issued solely for conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 and gathering information for planning purposes.
