Vendors have been approved to perform work on Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) projects pursuant to 19-RFPQ-1653309857-GSX. The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is seeking bids from those pre-qualified Vendors to provide services as described in the attached Scope of Work in this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
