The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Institution Milan, Michigan, intends to issue a solicitation for RFQP04171000015 Subsistence Items. The solicitation is a 100% set-aside FOB Destination. The NAICS code is 424470. Delivery dates will begin July 01, 2010 and ends September 30, 2010. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 4004 E. Arkona Rd, P.O. Box 9999, Milan, MI 48160. The contract type is a firm fixed price. Kosher items offered on this bid must be certified by a nationally accepted orthodox Jewish Certification Agency. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: past performance, price comparison with other offers, and administrative costs.
