55+ Seniors Community Center HVAC Upgrade

The Town of Whitby is seeking contractors to comprehensively upgrade the HVAC system at its 55+ Seniors Community Center by removing all existing air handling units, condensing units, combi domestic hot water heaters, and humidifiers, and replacing them with new gas furnaces, heat pumps, humidifiers, and electric water heaters.
