The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to install matched cooling system components in accordance with ANSI/ASHRAE Manuals J, S, and D, as well as State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction. The facility must remain operational throughout the construction process. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
