The USCG ELC intends on adding additional spare parts to an existing contract (Contract Number DTCG40-00-D-70002). Currently, the USCG ELC has a contract with Sunair Electronics, for RT9000 A radios In support of these radios, spare parts are required. The USCG ELC does not possess the necessary technical information to compete these brand name items. Therefore, the USCG ELC intends on negotiating directly with Sunair Electronics, 3101 S.W. Third Avenue, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. All responsible and responsive sources are invited to express their interest and ability to provide the above described item, via fax in writing, no later than 9/13/02. All responsive and responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the agency.ATTENTION: Minority, Women ?Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, (DBEs)! The department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital Financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
