The Marine Corps Systems Command is initiating a procurement effort to replace its current Unit Level Circuit Switch (ULCS) equipment with a new Transition Switch Module (TSM). The TSM will utilize commercially available circuit switching technology to update and replace the outdated TRI-TAC equipment, specifically the AN/TTC-42 and SB-3865 models. Designed to maintain all existing voice and data services currently offered by USMC switching systems, the TSM will offer a more compact and lightweight solution. In addition to standard switching capabilities, the TSM will feature enhanced multiplexing and Integrated Services Digital Networks (ISDN) capabilities, providing greater flexibility in communication needs. This new unit is intended to bridge legacy TRI-TAC switches with modern commercial technologies, thereby delivering Marine maneuver elements improved voice and data switching, data transport, and bandwidth management. The anticipated form factor for the TSM is a three transit case solution, which will be distributed to all units that currently have circuit switching capabilities. The procurement is being managed under the Department of Defense and is centered at the Marine Corps Systems Command office in Quantico, Virginia, with the solicitation posted in August 2002.

Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
