NOTICE OF INTENT. SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to award a sole-source contract, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to ELMA Electronic, Inc. 44350 Grimmer Blvd., Fremont, CA 94538 for the procurement of twelve (12) Transceiver Chassis including Custom Cabling (P/N 12R218AZY198Y4VCC4- Boeing). ELMA Electronic, is the sole manufacturer of this chassis. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. The NAICS Code is 3344290 and the applicable size standard is 750 employees. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Comments shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston Code 2.2.5RR, Robin Rourk at contact@example.gov or via facsimile at +1 (555) 000-0000.
