This solicitation, issued by the Navsup Weapon Systems Support under the Department of Defense, was for the procurement of Circuit Card Assemblies, specifically NSN 015512724, Part Number 2056AS1080-G01. The initial requirement was for 16 units, though a subsequent amendment increased this quantity to 21 units. The items were required to be manufactured, tested, and inspected according to NAWC Lakehurst drawing 2056AS1080-G01, with markings adhering to MIL-STD-130 and packaging following MIL-STD 2073. A critical requirement for this award was that offerors must obtain government source approval prior to the award, with all necessary data submitted via the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure. The contract included several standard federal clauses, including a 12-month warranty for supplies of a noncomplex nature and compliance with the Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Balance of Payments Program. Despite the initial solicitation and a deadline extension to October 14, 2022, Amendment 0002 officially cancelled solicitation N0038322QP204. The government determined that the requirement would instead be fulfilled as a delivery order against existing contract N00383-19-D-FY01.
