This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure on a sole source basis one (1) JTIDS Dual notch filter duplexer and (1) 200 Watt Dual notch filter. The sole source justification is based on meeting the customer's requirement of laboratory and shipboard Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). The items will be procured on a sole source basis from RS Microwave Co. Inc., 22 Park Place, Butler, NJ 07405-0273. The filters consist of: 1) Part number 61351B, JTIDS Dual notch filter duplexer, (Qty = 1) and 2) Part number 22761-2F, 200 Watt Dual notch filter, (Qty = 1). Please include any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation) is applicable to this purchase.
