This estimate is not to be construed as representing an actual order for that amount, or a guarantee that any minimum amount will actually be purchased. Subsequent to the acceptance of an offer, individual written purchase orders may be issued as needed by the City to purchase items listed herein during the term of the agreement. At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of any associated purchase order. The Agreement will expire on June 30, 2027. Any available funds not obligated by the City by means of a Purchase Order on or prior to that date shall be cancelled after that date. The service provider shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete repairs. Service work shall be done by properly trained and authorized service technicians.
