FAR Part 12 - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation number is 1305M326Q0253 and is issued as a RFQ.
(iii) The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through March 16, 2026.
(iv) The set-aside for this combined synopsis/solicitation is Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 221112, Fossil Fuel Electric Power Generation, and the small business size standard is 950.
