Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Applied Research Associates Inc., 4300 San Mateo Blvd NE, Suite A220, Albuquerque, NM under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This requirement is for maintenance and upkeep of the Unconventional Nuclear Warfare Defense(UNWD) radiation detection and peripheral equipment at Camp Lejeune, NC. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. !
