Street, Detroit, MI 48201, intends to sole source to Axsys Inc, 29627 West Tech Drive, Wixom, Michigan 48393-3561. Axsys, Inc shall provide a HW-DTS-VERSA5X 5X5 AXIS DENTAL MILLER CENTER. This shall include HW-DTS-ABTFIX ABUTMENT MACHINING FIXTURE, HW-VERSA-SOFTKIT SOFT MATERIAL DIAMOND TOOLING PACKAGE, HW-VSM-TABLE VERSAMILL CUSTOM MACHINE TABLE W/ADDITIONAL COOLANT TANK AND CPU STORAGE, HW-WVS-CART ADDITIONAL ZIRCONIA/METAL CARTRIDGE 2 PACK, HW-VERSA-HARDKIT HARD MATERIAL COATED CARBIDE PACKAGE, AND HW-VERA-MAINT VERSA MILL 5X QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE KIT for the VA Medical Center, Detroit, MI.
