Solicitation 36C24719R0141 The Government intends to award a Sole Source contract to SUPERIOR OPTICAL LABS, INC., 6525 SUNPLEX DR. OCEAN SPRINGS, MS, 395648704 for the following scope of work for VISN 7. The contractor shall provide prescription eyeglasses at the firm-fixed prices specified in the attached Schedule of Supplies and Services. The price for a single pair of prescription eyeglasses shall be all inclusive and include all parts, materials, labor, delivery, and manufacturing services required per pair. VISN 7 furnishes an estimated 128,800 pairs of eyeglasses annually to eligible veterans. The PWS requires optician services at each of the VISN 7 locations.
