The procurement is for four (4) BladderScan BVI 9400 units with carrying cases. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334510. L1 Enterprises is an authorized distributor for Verathon and is registered in VETBIZ. This procurement will be made under the authority of Title 38 U.S.C. 8127 and implemented under VAAR 819.7007. IAW VAAR 819.7007(b), sole source awards to SDVOSB concerns: the Contracting Officer s determination whether to make a sole source award is a business decision wholly within the discretion of the Contracting Officer . The anticipated date of award is 7/2/2018. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available.
