D998-00-0800-53 1. CARDIOSAVE HYBRID mfg. Maquet Medical Systems 3 EA D998-00-0803 2. CARDIOSAVE TRAINER 1 JB CLINICAL SUPPPORT 3. 24 HOUR CLINICAL SUPPORT 3 JB 24/7 REMOTE SUPPORT 4. AVAILABLE 24/7 REMOTE SUPPORT VIA WIN-IABP D000-21-0800 5.TRADE IN CREDIT FOR RETURN OF DATASCOPE MFG. IABP 1 CR The award of this sole source contract will be made to Metro Medical Equipment and Supply Inc., 7550 N. Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63147.
