The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate and award a contract to procure Civco Customizable Head Support Posifix and Type S Styles with trUpoint ARCH Starter Kit and UC Posifix Extension from the manufacturer, Civco Medical Instruments Company, 102 First St S, Kalona, IA 52247-9589 for the VA Boston Healthcare System, Jamaica Plains Division. This specific Civco equipment was developed based on Civco Medical Instruments Company proprietary technology.
