The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring the following Pentax equipment, for the Edward Hines VA Hospital: 1.) Qty. 1 - CORESVC - GI Core Installation Items must be compatible with previously purchased equipment from mandatory NAC schedule: V797P-4389A. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Pentax of America, Inc. 3 Paragon Dr., Montvale, NJ 07645-1856, as the only responsible source to provide the above items. The total award amount is estimated to be $185,100.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
