Any interested parties who can identify their capabilities and interest and respond to the requirement and furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the product. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by March 14, 2018 at 2:00 pm EST.
