Notice of Intent to Sole Source The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS), University Drive C, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania has a requirement for brand name. The ArcCheck 4D Isotropic QA are used by the medical center for use in the Imaging service line. The device is used for quality assurance of IMRT plans and will check correct dose distribution. VA has only located one vendor capable of providing the ArcCheck 4D Isotropic QA and intends to issue a sole source contract to that vendor. The intent of this Special Noticeis being posted so that any unknown vendors who are capable of providing these items may come forward and express their interest and capability in providing the ArcCheck 4D Isotropic QA to VA. If your company/organization is capable of providing the required items, provide your entity s capability statement to Jason May, Contracting Specialist by 4:30 p.m. Monday, 19, 2019 via email to contact@example.gov. In addition to your capability statement also provide any applicable distribution agreements regarding ArcCheck 4D Isotropic QA, the size and socioeconomic status of your company, and any other information pertinent to this requirement.
