The Department of Veterans Affairs Great Lakes Acquisition Center plans to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Biosense Webster to upgrade the Jesse Brown VAMC in Chicago, Illinois, with a Carto SmartTouch 3D Module and SmartAblate System software package. The procurement will be under a firm fixed price contract with delivery FOB Destination. This notice serves as an intent to sole source the contract under FAR Part 6.302-1 and is not a solicitation for competitive bids, though firms able to meet the requirements may submit written notifications by the specified deadline. Responses must include sufficient detail to demonstrate compliance and be submitted electronically to the designated contracting officer; telephone inquiries are not accepted. The VA will evaluate any submissions but retains the discretion to proceed solely with Biosense Webster if no suitable responses are received.
