SPECIAL NOTICE The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract with Data Innovations, Inc., 120 Kimball Ave.,Ste 100, South Burlington, VT under the authority of FAR 6.302 -1.The requirements are as follows: Full maintenance and support for the Data Innovations Laboratory Data Management Instrument Manager System. This is not a request for proposal. Parties may identify their interest and capability in response to this requirement in writing only , and must provide clear and concise documentation, indicating an offeror's ability to meet the required service and emailed to contact@example.gov no later than by close of business @ 4: p.m. on October 28, 2011.
