The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Connecticut Health Care System (VACHCS) intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) sole source contract with Sonosite, 21919 30th Drive SE, Bothell, WA, under the authority of FAR 6.302-3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2005-26. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
