Full Description

Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 2304, the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to the Hill-Rom Company, Inc. in the total amount of $74,481.72 to purchase maintenance for the NaviCare Nurse Call system. This contract will be for a one year supporting Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO. Hill-Rom Company, Inc. has stated they are the only organization who can provide this maintenance as no other organization has the required certification to perform the ongoing maintenance. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications within two (2) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
