The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 2), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx, New York, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.501) with ATMOS, Inc. This acquisition is being conducted under the FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The James J. Peters VA Medical Center has a requirement for the ATMOS S 61 Servant ENT Workstation and accessories. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334510 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by September 18, 2019 at 12:00 PM (EST).
