(RDT). per FAR 13.106(b)(1), as no other source of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. The Tempus Pro is an advanced multi-parameter vital signs monitor that offers a wide range of features. Tempus Pro Rainbow is manufactured by RDT. They do not utilize distributors for their products. Tempus Pro products can only be purchased directly through RDT. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334510, with a size standard of 1250 employees. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
