STATEMENT OF WORK FOR PCR ANALYZER I am currently looking for small businesses that may be able to provide a PCR Analyzer that can meet the following requirements below. Large businesses may also send me information. Additional information on kits that may be needed to perform the test and also provide any information pertaining to items available on government contract that perspective vendors may have. A PCR analyzer for rapid identification of pathogens in positive blood cultures. 1. Technical / Operational Features: " Multiplex PCR test that integrates sample preparation, amplification, detection and analysis all into one system. " Should require minimum of hands-on-time and a turnaround time of about an hour. " Assays must be FDA-cleared and should include a panel for identifying Gramnegative pathogens in positive blood cultures. " Windows-based instrument control and data analysis software Barcode reader for data input Automated qualitative analysis and reporting Separate advanced analysis software " Delivery and set up of the analyzer by a service trained representative must occur. " Training at the facility on use and care of the analyzer must occur by a service trained representative. " It is expected that the individual components will be fully compatible with each other and will be installed in final working condition by vendor.
