The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Fort Wayne VA Medical Center, plans to award a sole source contract for the procurement of two Centurion® Vision System units, part number 8065751763, under NAICS code 339115. The vendor identified for this acquisition is Alcon Laboratories, Inc., located in Fort Worth, TX. The contract will be firm fixed price with no option years and is based on the determination that Alcon Laboratories is the only responsible source capable of meeting the specific technical and performance requirements.
