TRICARE Region 1 is seeking potential sources to participate in a product line review process to standardize and establish a single source Regional Incentive Agreement for Disposable Patient Return Electrode product lines. This initiative aims to provide a consistent supply of electro-cautery products to Army, Air Force, and Navy Medical Treatment Facilities throughout the Northeast. Selected vendors must be capable of meeting regional volume requirements, providing free product demonstrations, and conducting staff in-services as needed. To be eligible for participation, companies must hold a Distribution And Pricing Agreement with the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia and distribute their products through the DSCP Prime Vendor program. Interested parties must submit their company contact information and DAPA number to the designated points of contact by the close of business on September 26, 2003. This action is a request for sources to participate in a review process rather than a direct request for bids.
